can some one tell em there is life after watford gap!!!

we need some in the mids and north please

dont keep it all yourselves.

on a serious note if someone in the company was after browny points they should be looking for potential clientell by floating free ads on forums of high performance cars and selling a bundle were they want it

or is that me just digressing!

Okay guys, shoot me down. Filled up with my second tank at the weekend and got 40mpg on a 20 mile trip.

I did give it some later in the day and it really does make a difference, though may be the cold weather. Still not quite V-Power though

6th gear at 50mph, straight road, no stopping, just cruising behind other cars.

Did anyone see 5th gear last night and their octane tests?

The power comes from the calorific value of the petrol (how much energy is liberated from it) and how fast it burns.
The RON rating gives an indication of the resistance of the petrol to pre-ignition. Higher RON means you should be
able to run more timing advance. You want a petrol which gives out a lot of energy, burns fast and completely and
has a high resistance to pre-ignition. I haven't a clue which brand is best!

The 5th gear guy reminds me too much of Burt from Sesame Street for me to take him seriously....
