OK we are running at around 3.5K now. Let's wait to here what Andiroo has to say - PM me if you want Andiroo and if you want I can give you my phone number and we can speak about it if you prefer.

The more folks we have behind us the more the police will listen to us.

In the meantime I will be gathering information on our fella - happening as we speak.

If you are reading this John then be good and show some readies - we will go away then.

Guys,

ARB and Coilovers - £740, direct bank transfer to jons Halifax account. Not JNS account (AFAIK Halifax don't do business accounts). I'm happy to go with Dazzer and Andiroo.

FWIW I haven't been able to get hold of Jon since before his holiday.

It wasn't John's account. It was owned by a Mr Y BOGOSYAN who was also listed as the Director of JNS Performance. This is where we need
to start. My guess is that John has alreadby been declared bankrupt in the past (and probably barred from being a company director). I am up
for whatever it takes. If anyone fancies a visit to Billericay let me know. We are dealing with individuals not a company in my opinion.

Did anyone else other them me recive there coilovers?

I have tried to dig out the address where I collected them but no joy, sorry. I am sure while I was there John mentioned he was renting out his house and moving anyway. If you guys are planning a trip to Billericay then let me know I am sure my memory will be jolted if I was in the area. Has anyone tried calling Elite in Rainham? Not sure if they will be able to help but he knows them down there and its where fitting was arranged for my coilovers...

They are the same person, when I got the account details I made some enquiries, Y Bogosyan is Jons "Greek name". Everyone knows him as Jon.

Interesting. He was trying to sell coilovers in June ( I am positive it's the same person) on performance vw's site with a user
name of John Kyriannis.

This probably means we are fubar'ed unless we can track him down. Has anybody reported to the police yet or contacted
citizens advice?

I believe Jon registered on RS46 as well. Be interesting to see "who" he registered as on here. I have two phone numbers he has called me from 01277 number and mobile same number in the performancevwmag article. Neither are being answered.

We are sitting at over 4K now and I am certain there are others to report in.

I am compiling as much information as possible on our fella. If you think you have anything to add then let me know by PM regardless of how small or irrelevant you think it is.

As soon as I have spoken with Andiroo then we will get things rolling. We can communicate via PM or I can set up a dedicated e-mail address if you would prefer.

If you have his surname correct and he is a disqualified director, you can find him here:

http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/ddir/

It will give the registered address too.

Section 15 of the Theft Act 1968 - Obtaining Property by Deception!!

It will be a hard one to prove, and most Police Officers will probably try and argue that it is merely a civil debt so that they dont have to take the job on! Personally, I think that you have a good case here, and one of the best ways to gather evidence is by questioning, i.e. get him arrested. The fly in the ointment is possibly the fact that he has supplied one set of kit to one of you. However, if I had coughed up my hard earned money I would be in touch with the Police, and stick to my guns that I have been deceived. If you are forthright enough with the Police they are duty bound to investigate.

Good luck, kevin
