Hi!
As we all know our cars likes to understeer when going too fast in corners for obvious reasons. I see many here has retrofitted the H&R sway bar kit.
Has anybody here only installed the rear sway bar? Normally if you install a stiffer rear sway bar you reduce the amount of understeer. Would you not reduce the effect of the beefier rear sway bar if you also installed a beefier front one (that also has to be modified to fit properly)? I see the weight and thickness difference between the front OEM and the H&R one is smaller than the OEM rear vs. H&R rear.
Any experience withe the H&R kit appreciated.

Now then!
I got MRC to fit them to both front and back, difference was night and day, going into corners now from moderate speed upto attack pace keeps the car nice and squat. Surely you would want to do both front and rear? Doug set my rear ARBs to the stiffest setting and I have no complaints at all. There is a risk of a bit of squeaking as its not a direct like for like replacement but Doug fettles them into place 'without lube' for the reason of it potentially going all over the place. Ended up giving them a couple of squirts of lube just to take the edge off the noise and after a day or so it quietened down a treat.
My advice, gopher it, best upgrade for a few hundred quid!
