Hi all, new member here.

Currently awaiting my Nogaro RS4 which will be my first RS car, after growing up with the brand with a father who were a VAG mechanic. Very excited and interesting to read your reflections.

Unfortunately delivery will be first only late spring due to very high load on the exclusive paint department for some reason. A different choice of color could have reduced lead time with a couple of months but stuck with my desicion. Hoping for a short and fast winter.
Welcome
I had the same conversation with a dealer this week, who said if I want to order a Nogaro car, I'm looking at least to wait until May

Having had a Sepang B8 and a Nogaro B8, I'd say wait till May! it's an awesome colour, and imo suits the new shape really well...if not that, go Sonoma green!

Not sure I could spend £2400 on a paint colour that’s common and not exactly ‘exclusive’. £2400 can get you some awesome sprays from the Porsche catalogue etc

Voodoo Blue with black styling pack! Having said that if you’re going for a Carbon Edition you won’t get the option of black styling. All the trim, rails etc will be aluminium so maybe a dark colour would be best for contrast. Racing Mica Blue?

Agree

If you are going to spend £2.4k on paint, go proper exclusive

Also, that green is good value at £700 odd quid.

yep the green is growing on me
would need to see it in the flesh to be totally sold
but the Nagaro is a heritage colour and it does look good on the 4

Been a fan sice the launch of RS2 and the Nogaro was bulls eye for me.

Lead time was causing a bit of regret but stuck to it, and order is placed since a month and a (to long) wait is ahead.

As for carbon edition, I’m Swedish and that package is not (yet) available here. Went for black exterior but carbon interior as it is a part of wha makes an RS in my opinion.

I’m the same. The Nogaro is something a little special to me, and I think really suits the B9 in the press shots I’ve seen

I waited 10 months when I ordered my B8 in Nogaro and after 3yrs still think it's a great colour.

That said, I would probably consider going for a Porsche classic colour of its going to cost the same as exclusive as it seems Noggy is starting to become more desirable.

That's a really positive review, and I rate his opinion far higher than the likes of most of those <beep> you tubers (with the exception of MrJWW, who i quite like)

Yes.

Wolverine certainly is one of the better reviewers out there. I did feel that this one was a little generic towards RS products and their market position. Enjoyable, but not his best effort.
