Updating MMI to latest version

Hi all, sounds a bit strange but I've brought a C6 having just sold my C7 RS6. Strange yes but also moving and needed to free up capital. Mrs J did have a point with all that cash sitting up the drive 5 days a week doing nothing!

So with C7 gone and searching Around what to buy I felt the RS6 is still a great car and purchased a C6 RS6.

Having reviewed a number of threads on how to for mmi 2g update I wanted to check if others kept their car on charge whilst performing the update. Seems to be differing views. I'm keen to get the latest software installed!

Its a solid car with FASH. A few niggles to sort such as The battery needs changing but that will be done when it goes in for some open heart surgery entailing remap, miltek, lowering, new front splitter, new front grill, full detail.
