They seem to be doing a good job of it - didn't expect them to go down to the metal on the bonnet for example

I'm charging my Li-On jump starter for the TT just in case...

But the bodyshop still seem to think it'll be ready. Apparently it went into paint this morning. I've told them if it's not going to be done, that's fine, and not to rush it!

It was going to be £950 - but then noticed that the driver's side bottom door moulding was beginning to come away from the door (no idea how) - so that'll be another £100 or so.

Included in the price, they're also touching in a couple of very small bits for me, and repairing a crack in the bumper.

The job took a little longer than anticipated in the end - when they put the bumper back on, a crack opened up in the repair done to the split. They were very apologetic but said they'll sort it. So, they did the repair again, stronger, and resprayed the whole bumper again (using the same paint they'd mixed up for the rest of the job). Credit to them for not trying to cut corners, and voluntarily doing that at no cost to me.

I'm scared to drive the car now as it's looking mint!
