Help fitting lower door moulding A6

Cannot figure out how to fit a replacement lower door moulding I bought from Ebay after the original one got ripped off in the carpark.

Do I need to take the door card off ?

If it's anything like the b6/b7 A4 there is a screw/s on the inside you can see them when you open the door and then they just slide off.

How the hell did it get ripped off in a car park?

Wife driving it, I only asked if there was anyone else car to get fix at the same time!!
