Wow. I like to have a go at putting that all together. It's all nice and shiny. I think I've just leaked some man juice.
I think that's why it's still in the box😫 They have never done one on a C7 `RS6 before 😫😫

I have a feeling Grizz at Unit20 can do warranty work, could be wrong though. I'd be asking if they could do the work up there, bet most of the audi techs have never rebuit an engine before. Most of that stuff looks to be bolt on though, keeping fingers crossed for you that you don't get silly little leaks.

Tell the local spanner minkeys you expect them to ask Audi HQ for the loan of a senior RS tech to do it with them. They don't want to have to pay for it twice now do they ?
That will also focus them on getting it done faster as he will be away from his/her bed until it is sorted.

Worth a poke.

If there's a chance it'll get borked and Audi are are likely to pay twice, then yes, it's highly probable.
No matter where you go, there you are.

When Audi took the V10 and gearbox out of my C6 RS6....they put it all back together and the top service tech kept hold of it over weekend to check for leaks etc etc

Must admit I was expecting major snagging but all was well.

I'm kinda hoping they are taking their time to get it right first time 👍

Aye

Don't forget its just getting assembled by mechanics in a workshop.....million miles away from factory controlled environment and tolerances when car was first built.

It looks like a valve spring has snapped. How can something so small cause so much damage 😫😫😫
