Right, I have just gotten off the phone with John. This is the latest: If he can't sort delivery of the coilovers by Monday then he is going to
start doing refunds. To be honest, I was surpised to speak to him which caught me off guard a bit :-(

Anyway, I will give him till Monday and then insist on handing over a refund in person. (what's 2 days in 3 months of waiting?)

Apparently the coilovers are in a lockup which he can't get the key to at the moment (???)

Just to add, this is the company information on record:

Name & Registered Office:
JNS PERFORMANCE LIMITED
1ST FLOOR
50 CANNON HILL
SOUTHGATE
LONDON N14 6LH
Company No. 04894594

I have downloaded the appointments information so I have the name and address of
the company director and secretary (normally famliy members for a small limited
company such as this) . This should be useful should any future investigations
become necessary.

Thanks for that Phil. Like I say, I have the name and address of the secretary and the
director. The director is listed as a YERVANT BOGOSYAN which is obviously
familiar so we are in the right area. We have all been exteremely patient so I will
wait until Monday as requested. If nothing presents itself by Monday then action
will be required. I am already in contact with other 'customers' who are in my neck
of the woods so we can sort something out.

Small things in John's favour is that he has always been contactable (with some
efffort) rather than disappearing without trace.

Whilst having this information is useful, please can we ensure that content is legally OK. I'd hate to see anyone get approached under the Data Protection Act, Deformation of Character, etc...

So far all the information appears to be in the public domain, but any issues should be reported to crew@rs246.com and will get dealt with appropriately.

Sure thing Phil. I haven't published anything for those reasons. Anybody can obtain
this information from Companies house though. It cost me a quid.

John contacted me today as well, same deal, Monday afternoon give him a call for an update. Tuesday, I'm off to Gatwick anyway to drop a mate off and will make a personal appearance to collect either the money or goods.

Any more news this morning? I haven't had any replies to the message I left on John's phone.

Managed to get hold of John (on his original mobile number). He maintains that if he can't sort out the kits by end of today then he will refund the monies. He has agreed to phone me later to let me know the outcome.

In the meantime you can phone him on his mobile. PM me if you don't have the mobile number.

Just got a voice mail from John. Apparently it's refunds allround. He wants bank details.

Personally, in light of what has happened, I don't feel comfortable doing this. Anybody
suggest more reasonable alternatives for all parties?

John has also phoned me as promised and yes it's refunds all round. I have personally gone for a bank transfer. You have to go with whatever you feel comfortable with.

Bank transfer for me as well. That is how I sent it, not sure what your security concerns are....

Paypal you'll loose a percentage, cheques take a lot longer and you have to go to the bank....postal order is possibly the safest if you're happy to rely on the royal mail....
