Hello,

Anybody have anything new to add? I have a left a voice mail for John.

I was told two weeks ago that the orders were in and would be dispatched. This is
clearly not the case.

I hafe left a voice mail for him today. He called last week to say he was going to deliver but was waiting for his car to be fixed. I'm hoping I should get them in the next couple of days as otherwise things are not looking so good.

I would arrange to collect the goods if in stock or request a refund and collect this in person.

Still not received anything here. Couldn't get through to him for the last couple of days, but spoke to him just now. I'm going to get one of my couriers from work to go and collect from him rather than wait for them to be sent. We'll see how that goes.
I know it sounds bad with the money involved, but I just really haven't had the time to chase it up properly over the last couple of weeks. Lots of stuff going on, including 2 funerals.

Well after speaking to John yesterday he said he would ring me back today with an address to have the coilovers picked up from. He hasn't spoken to me today and I have tried ringing him six times. In the morning it went straight to voicemail, and in the afternoon it rang a couple of times then went to voicemail. I really wanted to get it sorted today because tomorrow the company I work for is closed, so I won't be able to arrange a collection until next week now.

Guys, how long can this possibly take ? I ordered a set of H&R ARB's yesterday and they will on the car tomorrow.

At the risk of upsetting you all, I think you should, by now, fear the worst and form an action plan accordingly.

I have no axe to grind anywhere and am happy to be wrong.

Best of luck with it.

I know what you mean. The one thing that has kept me positive about the whole thing is that some people did receive their kits, but now my optimism is fading fast. I'll try and speak to him in the early part of next week, and if there's no progress then we'll have to arrange something. I've just been far too busy for the last couple of weeks.

Neil,
I think those three initial RS4 kits were purchased from QST..........................

It would appear to be a deception, H+R will confirm no sets have been orderd by this chap. You all need to speak with trading standards and the police. This may speed up your refunds.

Erm. Thats kind of Scary - who was it who vouched for this guy? Brett C?.

Just looked on companies house and JNS Performance Ltd is showing up
as dissolved. Nice. Where did people who collected their kits pick them up from?
(don't tell me, a pub car park) I am in Farnborough (nr J12 M25), if anyone knows
where we can find Jon I am willing to visit personally. If anyone has any other details
or wants to form a plan then please pm me.

A very pissed off Jon

Wow, ok that sounds like a nail in the coffin then. Maybe we need to go to see this guy as a group, if we can find them, and get some answers that way.

I'm involved with trading standards at the moment over another company that's messing me around and it has to be said that they are very helpfull, but it should be a last resort as it will be very long and won't definitely yield results.
