Has anyone changed their Gearbox or Diff oil?

Did you notice any difference and what did you use?

Will order some fill & drain plugs, any other tips.

I'm thinking of changing mine and have found the following oils to choose from:

Gearbox GL4 type - requires 2.7L
Millers CRX 75W90
Mobil VS200
Castrol THF-X

Diff GL5 type - requires 1.5L
Millers CRX 75W90
Mobil SHC 75W90
Castrol SAF-XJ

Also with my new Big Reds and new rear calipers waiting to be delivered :D along with Goodrich RS2 braided brake hoses (new from vagparts), new hard lines, DS2500 pads and a new bomb I am looking at trying ATE Super Blue brake fluid; any experiences of this or any other suggestions?
