RS4 B8 "reversing aid/ wing mirror"

On my previous SQ5 it had the aid of a reverse assist wing mirror which meant that it would tilt so I could see the curb and stopped my wheels being scratched. On my current RS4 the mirror tilts but not enough to aid oneself? Whilst in work Shop tech adjusted or updated??? But it's the same as it was. Anyone here have this aid that does prove helpful? Yea when in reverse move it to how you want it then press set > 1 or 2

You need to put the control on left mirror, reverse and the mirror will dip, move it how you want it, set the memory
