yeah - its weird...it was idling when warm at 1800rpm...now its back to normal??? ...wonder if its something else and just coincidence....the on/off switch jerky effect on part throttle at low revs was definately the DVs though..the throttle response is very smoot now - just like a 'normal' car and what I expected it to be like !

Its actually quite common on any turbo car, sticky DV = poor throttle response. Especially jerking when lifting off the throttle. Forge units are servicable so can be stripped, greased and re-built should you experience the same thing.
