About 200,000! Got the first one in Jan 2007 and have been doing a consistent 20K+/year since then.

Please con't ask what it's cost in fuel or other bills - my calculator doesn't have enough digits!!

And yes, I still smile every time I turn the key!

How much is a 140k mile car selling for nowadays?
They seem to vary wildly. I have seen them for 8-9k but also as much as 12-13k

The lower value ones do tend to look a little more tatty though. Rough around the edges. Faded creased seats, worn buttons, scuffed wheels etc....
That's to be expected fair wear and tear cosmetically. Also easy enough to sort if you were so inclined. It doesn't always have a bearing on the mechanical condition. Some may disagree but I find the interior isn't the hardest wearing. Soft touch plastics and the leather is quite soft (but nice).

Mine has just hit 130k bought 4 years ago for just over £8k at 108k miles. Cosmetically it's not the best but then I don't get too precious over it. Just drive and enjoy it without worrying about future values. Just continue looking after the oily bits and keep it running as sweet as I can.

The UK car market has a massive hang up about cars over 100k miles. It's not a problem as it's something I have always relied on to get a good car for very little money.
