Good to hear. The fact that there have been 2 different fixes here, and I am getting a third, suggests we have different issues rather than some genetic DRC failure. Reassuring. I will report back on mine.

Finally sorted. Never been right since day 1 but now, 20,000 miles later, I have a silent car. But they had to replace the whole DRC system - dampers and valves - to get there. The modified dampers helped 6000 miles ago, but new control valves finally got rid of the problem. Hu -bloody-ra!

At last! So do you think the control valves were the sole issue all along?

Looking back at past DRC troubles in previous models low pressure - due to leaks - can damage valves. I suspect there was an issue with one or more of my dampers. The modified set fixed that but,by then, the valves had been knackered so the problem continued - and with time worsened. Now tighter and quieter than day 1.
