Car is in at the moment having the knocking looked at again, and just found out it's due a brake fluid change. What would be a reasonable price for the fluid change?

Don't know about brake fluid but re knocking, did you see my post on thread below? My car is in again for same issue and Audi now changing the two reservoir / valves. What is happening to yours?

Yes I did, I'm fairly certain it's coming from the front on mine. I have suggested they change control arm bushes, as per gorun01, but I haven't heard back from them yet. My local dealership, Oxford Audi, are absolutely useless, customer service is on a par with Vodafone.

Should be around £80 for Audi to carry out a brake fluid change.
