Will get some graphs / vids up once it's done.
Dyno seems pretty accurate - had it on the rollers standard and it pulled 555hp..

Where have you booked it In? And where did you do dyno? I don't recall seeing a standard car with numbers that low before (seems almost bang on the quoted figures, that's pretty much 560ps isn't it?)

It's booked in at JBS.
He did say on his dyno he'd be very surprised if it even made 730 never mind the "750" some quote. Although I think this is their first with downpipes...

Bare in mind the difference between PS and BHP.

750PS = 740bhp. Any figures you see from Europe or MRC for that matter are quoted in PS.

I think a true Stage 2 figure with downpipes is in the region of 720-730bhp (730-740ps)

That's a huge torque number. Is it a safe level in the C7 RS6?

Although not the same car, but i had my M5 pegged back to 700lb.ft as any more than that & the clutches were starting to struggle & it needed some fine tuning to stay at 700. Albeit i know totally different transmissions, but 800lb.ft is a big number for any gearbox to be handling.

MRC quote around (if I remember correctly on their FB posts) around 1060nm which is about 780lbs...
I've seen 2 at that number after dyno runs.

It needs to be safe(ish) - I'm not keen on stripping gears...

Yea remap is not bad, but if your car has warranty you should do abt or mtm that not voids it also: the safety features of the cars are still working; no power when the engine is too cold, reducing the power when the engine gets too hot etc.
When the ECU is flashed, that is normally not working any more. You have the full power at any time.

Yes but the price of an abt / MTM remap is almost enough to buy a spare engine!!

I'd be surprised if MRC reduce the safety of the car. With the B7 they raise the oil temperature at which the rev limiter is removed i.e. as standard the 7000 rpm rev limit is removed when oil is at 60 degress but after an MRC remap the limit remains on until the oil is at 70 degrees.

It's stage 1 currently, by JBS and the rev limit is still in play...
I'm mechanically sympathetic anyway - it doesn't get anything like full power until it's at a nice operating temp.

We'll I am not familiar with Mrc how they do and what safety options they leave

MRC are arguably the most knowledgable, trusted and effective audi specialist...
I have used them several times in the past.
Excellent rep.
JBs are also very good, do absolutely loads of VW, Seat, and Audi work. (Their S1 is mental!)
Plus they are 5 mins from me.. and the owner was the first owner of my car. So JBS is the choice for me. :-)
