Really struggling

Post by Jules » Thu Mar 23, 2017 10:07 am

Damn this is hard work, I'm all ready to buy the rs6 and have done what homework I can but still loads to learn
I'm sure.
When I first decided I wanted one it was always going to be a sepang avant and still may be.
Since seeing the saloons I think these slightly edge it for me but they seem that few more extra grand which I
assume is just because fewer of them ?
I'm also surprised how many miles so many have done especially with the running costs but I guess as directors
cars ?
Any way I have a few options with ones I'm considering, one is a saloon on trader but it seems a little over
priced. Sorry I cant do the link but its almost 30k with 62k miles but it is a 10 plate.
Whats confusing me is its saying individual paint but it just looks black, not even panther and its says
individual leather and has the small plaques in the door cards but again this just looks like regular black
leather.
Could anyone explain this if they have seen the car and anything else I should consider when looking please.
I also keep being put off by some of the earlier ones without the newer nav etc, does this really matter ?

Thanks

Sixes or not my area, but the leather dash might explain the Exclusive interior badging?

That loon is nice, looks like Mumba Black. Extended leather is a very nice option, I hate the factory tints rear of the B pillar.
EDIT: It's worth noting that the C6 'loon looks a mile better and all of them have 3G nav.
No matter where you go, there you are.

I don't think they put enough tyre gloss on those tyres!

Well I spoke to them today they said they have lowered the price already and will not accept a penny less.
I think maybe they spent to much on cleaning products

A lovely car but no way I'm spending 30K on that.

820 or 830bhp? Would expect it would have needed more mods that just the map to get to that number. Ring Ben at MRC Jules, he might be able to enlighten you as to what it's had (and if it's been in with any gearbox issues).

Be good if you could get the reg, but Ben or Doug might remember it if the power figure is to be believed.

I really do know I should be patient for that perfect car I'm just terrible and going to worthersee in
6-7 weeks I think is effecting my thoughts.
Ive sold the rs4 even though I have 5k worth of wheels coming for it that now wont be right for the c6

I think I'm still gutted I missed out on the white avant with red nappa.

I just want one now and have boiled it down to 3, 2 avants and a forum members saloon.
I just need to get time to go a view as soon as possible

Yes I guess the figures have been exaggerated a little but after calling them and them saying they will
not budge a penny ive dismissed it.
