I doubt that is the dealer. Probably the new owner.
But what do you think the dealer does? My local dealer doesn't even wash by hand, they have a machine, by which I assume they mean a car wash.

My local car wash is in a very affluent area and every weekend has at least a Bentley, Ferrari, Lambo or Aston go through it. What is wrong with these people? Why pay stupid money for a car and then a fiver to have it washed (sorry scratched!)
