do I need to remove the bumper to change the splitter?

Remove the fixings underneath and it pulls outwards towards you, not downwards. No need to remove the undertray either

Should take 5 minutes at most, changed mine twice now!

When you refit it start pushing it back into place at the middle first, then pick one side, then do the other or (best case) have another person help you

I've got one of the ones from Ebay.de and I think I have to drill the holes, not sure until I remove the old one...
