I understand 100% what you're going through. I had to sell my brand new E36 M3 some years ago and now want to buy another one and I have to stand a tirade of <beep> all the fcuking time. I've bloody had enough of women not understanding about a mans passion for cars. I had it over my current RS4 because I've spent loads on making it tip top.

I must admit mine is a goodun prior to buying the C7, she asked me if 'I was going to f**k this one up too', she thinks me modding the C6 caused all the issues, 'no love' was my reply, whilst I was the surfing the interweb for re-maps and wheels

You've got to choose wisely. Version 1 would have given me this level of shyte but V2, even after 10 years, just lets me get on with it. In her eyes, it's just a car. So I have a TVR, and RS4, and get to thrash a mate's 4,500hp triple turbo tractor on weekend jaunts in Europe. It just takes time.

I've just got divorced through partly my love of cars after 15 years
