A very sad me :-(

It is with deep regret that i have had to sell my RS6 Performance model. The car that i waited so long for to have built and was almost my perfect spec (bar missing ceramics)

The car was causing too many issues between my wife and I and she has never understood my love/passion for cars, as an enthusiast-especially with the value of the car. It has become such a bone of contention that i can not put up with the stress and turmoil anymore.

My car now resides with GC motors who gave me a reasonable price for it against a 2014 s4 avant.

So if you want an immaculate less than 3 month old rs6 performance with 1500miles with ppf treatment from new (that means zero stone chipping when i left it with GC motors yesterday)

It really is a beautiful car in white with black contrasting trim

Anyway my milltek is for sale and also my immaculate oem 20inch c7 rs6 rims with tyres

I understand 100% what you're going through. I had to sell my brand new E36 M3 some years ago and now want to buy another one and I have to stand a tirade of <beep> all the fcuking time. I've bloody had enough of women not understanding about a mans passion for cars. I had it over my current RS4 because I've spent loads on making it tip top.

I know how you feel buddy. After I had mine stolen all I wanted was another one but her in doors was chewing my ears off about putting us all at risk of another potential theft/dangerous hijack. I had to settle for the SQ5 which I hate but at least there is less ear ache. I'm considering getting another Toy just for fun/track days so that might be an option for you.

Oh, dear poor you wrekka, no wonder you are sad; you have my sympathies. Fortunately my other half, being a fair bit shorter than me, just kept complaining about the (superb) bucket seats in my supercharged RS4 B7, seats that she had to climb into and out of, but thinks the sports seats in the RS6 Performance are so much better and very comfortable (which they are), so now its smiles all round.
Do you mind if I ask how much GC Motors are asking for yours, incase I meet anyone looking for a well loved example?

Tell me about it Mike. Since that video every time I hear a snap crackle or pop outside I'm up at the window/looking at the CCTV monitor. Luckily my house/driveway isn't as secluded as that other one and is in plain view of all the neighbourhood and we've had a new neighbourhood watch set up on the estate. Also I have a good look out of my first floor windows nowadays before I leave my house and I have a clear view of my house as I approach home. Extra security has been set up at my lorry park where the RS6 got taken so hopefully I'm good. But and that's a big but is I hate living like this so maybe one day I'll just have to get a push bike and forget about having a decent motor. NOT!!

Sorry to hear you're not getting to enjoy it, Nige. From more or a financial point mixed in with the unscratched itch to modify my car, I might be (yet again) following in your foot steps some time this year and going for a V6T too. Can't decide on model yet, but now that MRC have the facelift engines tuning nicely it's much more attractive a prospect.

It's the only thing we fight about here! I got the RS6 through but still get asked why we needed it, why isn't the diseasel one good enough. Now I am trying to buy an Aston to be it's running mate and getting it even more! But a happy wife worth more than metal.
