There's no big problem dude. Just ask away. But when you get given the answer then act on it instead of asking the same question in a different way and think the answer will be something else.

What you seem to be missing is. It gets a bit boring repeatedly giving you the same answer.

What you don't get is. If you keep getting the same answer then follow the advise and act upon it.

Very true you can post what ever you like whenever you want to using however many profiles you wish to. Just don't bore us with your babysitting dilemma.

Cheers. All the best.

Not sure what the below comments are about, especially being a premium kw dealer for years, I can guarantee our geometry work, we invested in the Hunter Hawk Eye for a better experience for our customers, and I can personally guarantee you if your not happy with the Geometry work, it will be a money back guarantee.

If your not happy with the work or our after sales customer service feel free to post up[/quote]

I purchased KW V2 with DRC delete kit and 034 control arms from Awesome GTI and booked in for fitting at the same time.
Initially all seemed well having not used you before and following recommendations from a few RS5 owners I felt confident my car would be in good hands.

I arrived at Awesome for the work to be done and left my car, I was told I'd receive a call mid afternoon to let me know a collection time, no call so I had to chase and was told it was almost ready.
I set off from Leeds and the tech is still playing with the geo but ensures me the car is driving well.

By 5:00pm I've paid my bill and set off, taking it nice and steady the car feels good. Once I get off the M62 I notice a knocking noise on both sides of the front suspension. I pull over and remove the suspension covers and can see the top arms hitting the top mounts. I could see they had been fitted upside down and a few searches confirmed this. I call Awesome the next day and the tech who worked on my car told me he had fitted a few of these kits the same way without issue. Bring the car over he said.
When I arrived he realised his error and I also noticed the rubber boots were split, he re fitted the arms and did a 'quick geo' saying the spilit boots would be fine.

All in all I was pretty pissed off but got on with it, then I found bolts on the rear inner arch liners hadn't been screwed back in.
The 034 arms are now worn and noisy and you haven't replied to my email or Instagram messages.

Good service, I don't think so.
