AmD servicing

Post by Dippy » Wed Aug 17, 2005 2:04 pm

Credit where credit's due, Ed at AmD is a real star. I have come across some good service people at certain Audi dealers, but Ed beats them all. His combination of professional customer service and real enthusiam was a very pleasant surprise to me. IMO they have reversed the situation I saw a couple of years ago - whatever AmD can now be criticised for, customer service is no longer on that list!

I agree, they did my stage three and were brilliant. I now live next door to the site and providing I can squeeze them on price a bit will get them to do everything for me.

Next door? In one of those other units?

Regarding SatNav, maybe you are best talking to one of the guys at AmD...

Yea, I've just moved into unit 'H2'. All mod cons, lovely vistas, original features...

Thanks for you PM, I was actually thinking of AMD - am also looking for them to recomend me a good bodyshop/valeter.

Cheers
