Audi Complete for RS6
I have been asking questions of the Stealer after hearing on here about Audi Complete, which is a method of bundling in various mainenance items with your car payments:
Cost per month is as follows:
Service = £40.08 or £480.96 per year
Service and maintained = £65.28 or £783.36 per year
Service, maintained and tyres = £92.23 or £1,106.76 per year
Attached is the definition of the items, but basically it is Servicing, Servicing and Brakes (the rest should be covered by warranty?) and Servicing, Brakes and Tyres.
So my question is to you, from real world experience, what are the running costs and does Complete make sense?
Annual servicing, minor/major at £x? - at £481 a year seems sensible
Assuming 2 years/20k miles for brakes - £783 cost minus the servicing element = £302, @ 2 years that is £605 - again seems reasonable for disks and pads
Assuming the same for tyres as brakes (2 yrs/20k) - £1,106.76 cost minus the service/maint element = £324, @ 2 years is £648. Seems less of a no brainer, especially if buying 4 and the possible discounts that can be had.

Re: Audi Complete for RS6
I hadn't looked into this yet, my RS6 PE comes next week.
I think £92.23 a month for everything is good value. Only issue will be if I decide to go for winter wheels/tyres then you will not go through the summer ones fast enough to get the benefit.
Otherwise if you stick with same tyres all year round remember that it is heavy, you will go through front tyres fast and Audi tell you you must replace all 4 tyres at once so will do so in this scheme (they did on my C6). If you assume one set of tyres a year, that must be around £1,000, a service I am guessing is £300-£400, brakes maybe one change of pads, or two in 3 years and honestly you are probably paying a little less if you go for the scheme and you have the added bonus of not caring how fast you run through your tyres.....

Re: Audi Complete for RS6
Why do you think the front tyres will go fast? I'd have said the rear would wear quicker. Fairly sure my RS4 tyres wear fairly evenly with a slight bias towards the rears going quicker.RSQ wrote:I hadn't looked into this yet, my RS6 PE comes next week.

Thanks gents, for confirming what I always thought- be daft not to
Re: Audi Complete for RS6
By the way, my quote is:
36 months, 10,000 miles pa
Service, Maintenance, Tyres
£78.88 per month, 32p per excess mile (ouch!)
I guess you have a higher mileage.

Re: Audi Complete for RS6
Interestingly, only difference is the term (48 months). Guess there is some room to haggle then and must be dealer specific
