Tell me about it... They kept telling me they'd only pay out market value... I told them by definition the current value is what I'd paid for it...

If you are unfortunate enough to be insured with them, I would strongly recommend you make sure your facebook email is not the same as your insurance email.

(because as well as searching simply by name, you can enter an email address and search Facebook for that instead)

Yeah, they are shocking. I will never get insurance with them.

Thanks for the heads up! My nephew just insured his first car with them, so have let him know.

Sky insurance FTW. UK based call centre, manned by nice bunch of people, good prices, mods covered like for like. I've got both cars insured with them, and always speak to/email the same guy.
