I brought my B7 RS4 from them and there were DRC issues and the dreaded clutch problem plus it had to have a geo done and they were impeccable. At first when I started having problems a few days after purchase I'd first went over to a Birmingham Audi and they were point blank useless "you brought the car from Stratford so why don't you take it back there for the warranty work" is what I was told. So I did. The next time I'd gone to Birmingham was when I had preliminary ordered a B8 RS4 but I hadn't tested one so my son was running a B7 RS4 and He fancied one so Birmingham had a demo in and we popped into with a view to test and order and I was greeted with "well you ordered yours from Stratford so get a test off them " I told the sales guy there to go F*ck himself to his face and left.
Since then I always use Stratford and they never fail to impress and always treat me like a King. Anything I want I get. I have no intention to buy a SQ7 but I have already been promised one to use over Christmas as I've got a lot of pressies and running around to do over the festive period. I've got grand kids and gotta do the Santa thing.

Nearly did most of them yesterday, should have the rest clocked up by end of play today. So far it's 80% there but I need a liitle more mileage to be sure about something.
