Suspension noise
Re: Suspension noise
What do people recommend replacing the system with. Are Bilsteins best?

Suspension noise
For all around use they are had at a very good price, but different people will have a different take obviously. I installed the Pss9's a year and a 1/2 ago and think they been great. Adjustable height is almost worth it for itself plus dampening adjustment. I think if you track you might go the KW - V3's, not a big difference in prince when I got them, only a few hundred $. My assumption is that your reference to the whole systems implies full coil-overs.
Re: Suspension noise
I had the same issue, the front DRC pipe had split and all the fluid was pushed out. Everytime I went over a bump the knock came from the back when the issue was at the front. Pipe was about £110 and the DRC filling and pressurising was £150 ish as the machine had to be rented in

Re: Suspension noise
Bilstein b14 was recommended to me. There's so many bloody options. I'm thinking of trying to look for replacement shocks with the drc and keeping the standard springs. Anyone else done that?

Re: Suspension noise
Yep, i did just that.
Couldnt be happier with the DRC system. Its far and away a superior set up than any fixed coil-over upgrade.
I had a rear shock fail recently, made some horrible clanking and thumping while i hobbled around.
Had both rears changed and a full system recharge, and i love it.
Comfortable ride and acts like it should when throwing into corners.
