B5 Rs4 Imola Avant..REDUCED !

The best Rs4 ive had (3rd one ) is sadly for sale.
This car is pretty well known over on Audisrs formaly being 'Jimbo's' own car.Huge 28 page thread on the build on there...
I am a long time Audi owner,S2's,RS2's, RS4's etc and have been a member on here for a long time
Basically the car was stripped right down and fully rebuilt to include;
Full (colour change ) respray in Imola yellow,i mean full as well,engine out,glass out,trim out...you get the picture !
Full soundproofing to shell ( car is a bit more 'refined' and makes the Bose system even better ! )
Clubsport suspension
New uprated Loba clutch
Massive Loba front discs and B7 calipers
Mocal oil cooler
KW intercoolers
044 fuel pump
New header tank (ols ones always go yellow ! ) Porsche oil/water filler caps (because they just look better ! )
Currently running a 'mild' remap...the current set up/spec is how they should have left the factory imo !
The car has had approx 10k spent at UNit 20 just prior to the above works in addition,this includes;
New cams,followers, full belts etc..
Car has full history,hpi clear,full bookpack,all keys etc.
107k miles,MOT till Feb (no advisories)
Standard RS high spec,Hi Tech seats,heated/electric etc, centre armrest, perfect pixels on dash,air con/climate all good,private plate to stay on car (valued at £800) professionally installed double din Nav/media .
Wheels are hard type all round (no marks ),full size spare.Pirellis all round approx half worn.
Basically the car is good to go, cams all good,turbo's spot on, brakes good all round etc..
The car is virtually spotless and will not disappoint at all.
I fully intended this to be my forever car (dont we all ?) BUT, i have a chance to buy a car i never thought i could acquire so here we are. If my intended purchase sells before mine the so be it,i will keep the RS
Price ? at long last these have started to increase in price lately,indeed it it largely this 'rise' that could enable my new purchase,a couple of Imola's have sold recently to 'set' the base line so to speak. One was at 25k through a well known dealer and sold within 45 mins (i have spoken to the new owner and he has already been offered more ...) the other went for in excess of 20k and i KNOW mine is a better car than that one...
The car I am after has been reduced meaning I need £20k to get into that...no offers on that though ! Its well worth it
Did i mention that its Yellow ?

What colour was it originally?

You say the engine bay, door shuts and Windows removed for paint, what about the under side and under carpets?

Full pics of how far the tear down went, the only Avus I can see ( and you obviously cant see it ! ) is under the rear seat squab.Even the insides of the doors were resprayed.
I did slightly 'umm and arrgh' before I bought it but in the end it is a genuine RS4,in a genuine colour,hpi clear that has been thoroughly rebuilt.All good to me ! Lets not forget an awful lot of these have had bits and bobs changed over, a well known dealer is known for swapping trim,wheels, whatever, around on his stock to achieve a sale which is fair enough.At the end of the day I know my Rs is a good 'un....and its Yellow !

Ok, surprising update,the car i am after has has a sizeable haircut re:price meaning i can now take £20k for my RS which is sufficient to get me into my new seat
Obviously if that car sells before mine (and it may well at new price ! ) i will keep mine and remove from sale.
Question is what sells first ?
