Front grill badge

Post by leet » Sun Aug 28, 2016 4:38 pm

Just a quick one. I've got a new grill badge to go on tomorrow. I bought 2 metal clips with it but it seems the badge just clips on and the metal clips aren't needed? Can anyone confirm? Don't want to be losing it first drive out
Thanks. Lee

Pretty sure the C6 just clips in. The C7 has a strap that secures it from the rear.

Nice one! I looked it up on partsbase and it mentioned 2 metal clips so just bought them. Nice easy job to replace then. Should take all of 30 seconds :)

So did you buy the C7 one by accident?

Nope, it does look like it will just clip straight on. Was just making sure I wasn't missing something as there seems to be nowhere for the metal clips to go. I'll fit it in the morning
