For 2 tonnes and 560+ bhp, I wouldn't, would you?
Re: For 2 tonnes and 560+ bhp, I wouldn't, would you?
When it come time to sell some people just stick on the cheapest knowing they won't get any extra money back between fitting Nankangs or Michelins. I can see why but it's not something I'd do personally as a decent buyer should haggle £500+ off to buy new tyres.

Which would only buy you another set of Nankang ditchfinders in the specification an RS6 needs!IanH755 wrote: it's not something I'd do personally as a decent buyer should haggle £500+ off to buy new tyres.
I'd be looking for a grand reduction.

Got any remoulds?
Re: For 2 tonnes and 560+ bhp, I wouldn't, would you?
and you wouldn't get it as you can sell on the unused Nankangs to make up the difference, hence £500, as I'd be surprised if anyone knocked off £1k for tyres.HPsauce wrote:I'd be looking for a grand reduction.

Re: For 2 tonnes and 560+ bhp, I wouldn't, would you?
I'm due two new front tyres, (the rears (being Pzeros) still have some life on them)) so would I be okay putting MPSS on the front or do all four have to remain the same?
Re: For 2 tonnes and 560+ bhp, I wouldn't, would you?
I'd have thought that would be ok.

Aye, must be same pattern and depth across an axle.
