My New Daytona Avant

Post by longman h » Fri Jun 24, 2016 8:45 pm

Just thought I'd pop a couple of pictures of my new toy that I collected today, after a nice easy transaction from a fellow member.

I had a great drive home from Worksop to Orpington and I'm very happy.

The car's a 2008 Daytona Avant with a good spec and running somewhere in the region of 700bhp with a superchips map, BMC filters and supersprint decats.

I'll hopefully be plasti dipping the silver trim over the weekend as the black optics style really suits the grey.

You certainly can but it will cost a lot more.
I may end up getting it wrapped eventually depending on how it holds up over time.

Welcome to world of Audi and you've made a superb choice, the c6 is a phenomenal piece of ingenuity and engineering. I too have come from e61 535d which i truly loved but the c6 is in a league of its own.

Welcome to the C6! Epic cars. I recently jumped after 18 years driving BMW's. They're fine cars and I don't rule out a return (or to a different marque) but the RS6 ticks so many boxes. Only trouble is now that petrol prices are heading up we are all driving the worst cars for economy! I had my alloy trim wrapped and it looks fantastic and well worth the money.

Thanks mate. Out of interest, do you mind me asking how much it cost to have the trim wrapped please?
