Are they full carbon or carbon skinned plastic parts? I think I may have already answered this before but cant recall the answer. The oem carbon ones are surprisingly light (yes a moot point on such a heavy car).

They are carbon skinned. Really well made.

Sometimes the carbon skinned stuff can be better than the equivalent all carbon items, even more so with aftermarket carbon parts. I've found carbon parts to be quite fragile and a plastic part with carbon skin can be much more resilient to your average ham fisted installer.

I changed the front lip spoiler (splitter) for the carbon one at the weekend. I took some photos of the 2 spoilers side by side and had never realised the carbon spoiler is much deeper than the non carbon versions.

Excuse the photos they were taken on my phone and look overexposed and the car needed a wash.

While I was under the car I thought I'd take some photos of the resonator delete I had done. He said he made the back bit with flanges so I could easily replace the orignal resonator at a later date if I wanted to.

No it is fairly easy. The hardest bit for me was jacking it up as my trolley wouldn't fit under the front with the adapter so I had to jack it up from the back first, but a normal RS6 would be ok.
All you need to do is take the 12 or so screwsout from the front undertray, pull the back of the tray down then towards the back of the car; unclip the wire from the tray.
Then pop off the other bit of plastic underneat (no screws). Then remove the 8 or so screws holding the lip on and then pull the lip off towards the front.
There was a guide on here psoted by little devil that helps but it is pretty straight forward with the above knowledge.

Just a thought for anyone thinking of buying a carbon skinned front splitter, they won't be the same as a genuine audi carbon one as I pointed out above the real audi ones are more aggressive than the non carbon splitters. So if you want the more aggressive looking carbon, you need to get an OEM one.

Glad both of you are happy with the parts.
Cheers
Seems a long wait for my car to arrive. Although quite enjoying driving around in a saab which stands me at only a few k, is in top condition with only 29k miles and with over 200bhp surprises a lot of other tailgaters lol.
