S4 > RS4

Well, finally got my car back...

Went into the garage as an 80k mile Noggy S4, came back a 10k mile Noggy RS4 ;)

They changed nearly everything in the car!

RS4 Engine, Clutch, Gearbox
RS4 wire loom, Brakes, ESP setup, airbags, seatbelts, steering wheel, dash, roofline, seats front and rear.
Milteck Exhaust and hi flow cats, PSS9 suspension, RS4 alloys,

Now, before you all ask, yes, it probably would have been wiser to just buy and RS4, but hey, tell me where I can buy a B5 RS4 Saloon!! :)

The car is running fantastic!! very solid feel and the engine sounds great! I had the RS4 engine conversion done about 2 years ago in acceleration its about the same, up to about 150 then I would say this setup pulls more. It does have another 100 bhp so that should expected...

Anyone know of any others around? I know S4rs4 has done a similar setup, any of the boys across the water done this?

Here's one of my friend's car at Kings Of Europe drag racing contest, it is a 1999 LHD S4 with complete RS4 engine, running Milltek dual exhaust with no cats and FMIC, and attached is also a dyno graph of what we have achieved a few weeks ago on a dyno in Germany.

The car is running the standard Motronic ME7.1 S4 ECU, remapped for all the features of the RS4 engine. It is in the process of getting hybrid K16/K24 turbos, dual 3" turbo back exhaust, larger fuel pump and injectors and more remapping, which should put us close to 550-600 HP.

Mihnea

Nice! Who won that drag???!!

The 600 bhp .... the guy that done my car is putting an 'estate' rs4 through this right now ...

What is his top speed? I have managed 181 GPS so far, ran out of road but it was pulling 3/4 mph/s up there so I expect a little more ....
