When ever you lower a car with DRC, the pressure level will rise to the tolerance limit putting extra stress on the system. You will find that re setting it back to the happy medium level will not only give you better handling, it will also give you a much better ride quality. I know this because one of my DRC fluid hose had burst and when it was replaced plus re gas, the head tech at Audi advised me that the rest of my 3 corners DRC levels were sky high due to lowering of the car. I too sometimes saw my wheel arch gaps being different even though the car was double checked on a level ramp for the height level adjustment.
The geometry of the rear can have an effect but not to the extent from your photos.
Hope this helps.

The last time I had the car aligned it was noted that there had been a loss in ride height over time, presumably due to pressure loss. I've had the DRC pressure recharged and it resolved it for a period of time, so will be going back sometime soon...
So the DRC needs to be recharged periodically?
I don't believe the DRC has been designed to be re-pressurised periodically however the DRC in mine certainly seems to have lost pressure since it was adjusted last as the ride height has dropped. This was checked during two separate geometry alignment sessions with two months in-between. I would assume that there's an issue with one of the dampers and this will need to be addressed by Audi when I take it in...

So, I should revert back to factory springs? Or I just need a reset to the DRC system?

Go and check your DRC system with the lowered springs on.

Looks more even but the comments w.r.t to sorting the DRC pressures remain ? If the DRC is using pressure to balance ride comfort then the lowering will increase the pressure (like the car is going through an extended compression at the bottom of a dip) and so will stiffen all the time. This will increase the pressure on the system as outlined above potentially leading to premature failure. You just know they are not going to cover that on warranty.
I would call the spring providers and ask for recommendations from them so you have their guidance.
I would also look at getting the pressure checked and possibly reset.
Given you are lower and so have less travel - pre bump stop - I would still run it a little higher to provide more protection to road obstacles.

Thank you for the recommendation and information. I guess I won't be able to ask Audi to the reset for me. But I guess a DRC reset / adaptation need the DRC special equipment and not just using VCDS would do the trick.

I've got H&R's on my b8
Never had a problem with Audi checking my pressures, just need a good friendly dealer
