Free Diagnostic Anyone????

Is there anyone living in the London area or very near to London who has a diagnostic system and would be kind enough to run a diagnostic on my poor S4 which is performing sluggishly at the moment. The thought of handing £35 plus to a specialist center or £106 to Audi for 5 minutes work is a gut renching feeling I don't want to go through. :) :) :)
