Good timing on the post :)

I had some family issues meaning (as per the previous post) I had to take the car back before JCWF had finished the system. I had the car since Feb with one of the prototype exhausts.

It's been back with them since the weekend and they've started work on it already this week - I haven't got any news as to when it's coming home but I did tell them there no rush, it's time to get it finished and get it right :)

I don't think this is going to be more than a couple of weeks now before we've a finished system. Everything now has been tested individually and we're just fine tuning the sound now :)

Watch this space :)

Good to hear mate, and hope all is OK -mate I couldn't hand my car to anyone for an extended development - so fair play to you.

Simply the car is mine and I'm paying for it, every day I lend it to someone else, even for a discounted part, then I'm spending my money.

Lol. How about if I tell you in the first 2 months of ownership, they were responsible for over 50% of the miles the car did? ;)

Nah it doesn't bother too much to be honest. I have a LOT of time for those guys - they've done a lot for me over the last year or so with the Clio etc and it's something you can't put a price on. You could buy another exhaust off the shelf but you'll never get the support these guys give :)

I'll second that. Jon, Michael and Mark are top guys; above and beyond is an understatement...

hahhahaa sees that is commitment; yeah if it more favours and mates then I guess I'd be tempted to do the same. I did once lend my 996 Turbo to Revo and the front brakes came back BLACK, although it returned with a lovely map which became their reference map for resale.

Nowadays - I struggle handing the keys to anyone, even my dad. Especially not my wife. I spend to much time wondering how it is.... sad I know.

Car's been with them for the last 2.5 weeks but I've not spoken to them I'm afraid. I'll likely speak to them some point this week and see how they're getting on :)

Dear god please don't do that - you'll ruin it!

I've just spoke to Mark and mentioned you - apparently Jon's off at the moment and they're swamped with work anyway so was busy yesterday - he's replying to you as I type this apparently! Expect an update soon :)

In central Scotland but videos or sound bytes don't do this justice ! If your serious I can put you in touch with the guy I dealt with had a milltek on my B7 loved sound but droned '!! Nothin against Ross or jc weld but this saga musta been goin on 9 months now ! And hailed as the best exhausts build quality and price point !! No way !! Capristo make actual exhausts for Porsche Lamborghini , Ferrari ! And type approval to boot ! Killer system great quality blips on downshift amazing ! Love akraprovic but for value for money I'm afraid this is the one to have !! I don't know jc weld they seem well respected but there's at least 5 similar company's nearby me who are engineers and offer similar services ! And may be brilliant at it ! But there's no money in the pot for actual development and research
