Random Screw Hole

fellow owners I need some help, whilst washing the car (front grill) as I'm having a good nose I spot something quite unusual.
as below pic circled in red there seems to be a threaded screw hole. is this normal or should I start fearing the worst

Just checked mine and I have no hole located there
RS4 B7, Mugello Blue, K&W V3 & HR ARBs, set up by Centre Gravity, Milltek Valved Non Res & cat bypass pipes, BMC air filter, braided hoses, DOT 5.1, Terraclean, MRC Full Carbon Clean, MRC remap 448PS 477NM, 20" S7 alloys with 4mm spacers & Hawke spigots 66.6 > 57.1, AP Racing front discs. Sold Sept 2019. Now rocking an F80 M3

I have a B8, and don't have that on mine

Have you looked right through?
Its attached to the radiator or part of it.

My guess is I reckon its for mounting the radiator some how!
Any other guesses or does anyone know what its there for?

ah, no I only looked on the grill itself
I've just checked, and I do have one
The threads appear to have been used, so I'd suggest (or guess) it's something that's used in the manufacturing process
