Called the dealer today and when he checked on the system it had been pushed back to build week 23!!!!???

Not sure if the dealer had made a mistake in saying build week 18, only good thing about this is I most probably will be able to add the parking pack now.

I recieved this email yesterday from dealer:

"Your car is on the production line as we speak at build week 15 so it stayed on schedule from when I ordered it. We need to allow approximately 4 weeks for production and shipping/delivery into the UK."

My weeks 15 car is still in QC. but perfectly on time.

About 3 weeks from leaving factory to being ready for collection.

I'm not sure I think Factory collection is a nightmare due to registration etc. I would have done it too - probably stopped at the ring to run it in.

I think this time i have been massively reserved, compared to the B8 Saga. but 14/dec to now, wow!!! that is a LONG time.... and now I know the thing is built, and is my spec/car - I may become a pain in the arse!!!
