Black gloss wheel refurb

Evening,

Does anyone know of a good alloy wheel refurb company (preferably not a million miles from Dorset) who could refurb the black gloss wheels? Girlfriend took a chunk out of one of them yesterday!

Are they just painted, or powder-coated? I can recommend 2 separate guys depending which.

Thanks guys.

I'm not too sure of the finish, I'm pretty sure they are powder coated and diamond cut face.

Anymore recommendations would be great
