Help with wheels
Anyone got pictures of a Daytona grey rs4 with standard colour wheels, titanium or shadow chrome. Getting wheels powder coated on Monday and cannot for the life of me decide.

That would ideal. You always seem to be on hand for me bud, haha. Don't know if you'd like a better pic or if that would do? The top one does look nice though.

Ok, so the pic you supplied is fine, and is it a darker shade you want?
I'll do a couple of shades and see what looks ok

Re: Help with wheels
Was deciding between, standard, titanium or shadow chrome if it's possible with any of them? Thinking anything too dark might not look right with all the chrome bits.

Thinking between the first 3. Excluding my original that's the 3rd on. Mirrors will defiantly have to be done same sort of time. That little touch makes all the different. Out of curiosity what were those colours if not just adjusted on a slider. Cheers for the effort Audi do dat den

Re: Help with wheels
I just used a combination of highlights/shadows and the contrast/brightness.
The rest is just selecting the area carefully.
The original silver used by audi has a sort of pearlescent look, like a satin chrome silver, if that makes sense.

Re: Help with wheels
Well hopefully the guy has some colour close to them when I take them in the morn. 280 for fully powder coated and fitting tyres back on. Thought that seemed reasonable?

Re: Help with wheels
Sounds very reasonable.
The tyre valves will probably be seized on and need replacing, so just make sure he keeps all your original tpms sensors safe when replacing the valves.
When i got mine done, the guy accidentally binned a sensor and what a ball ache that was to sort out!

Re: Help with wheels
I was thinking that. 2 were replaced not long ago so fingers crossed they are fine. I'll remove the tyres and sensors myself, the guy is going to do it cheaper than above price if I do that. I don't know wether to hold out and get the original colour or one of these 2 he has in stock? Also are the mirror covers and wheels the same colour?haha.
