PARTS WITH 15.000 km

Hello, im from brazil and im going to usa (i know that they dont sell rs6 there).

Here in brazil its veryyyyyy expensive some parts.

My car has 11.500km, my question is:

Wich parts should i buy that will be use with 15/20 k km?

1) pad brakes front and rear
2) windshield wiper fron and rear
3) any filter??
What more?

About the pad brakes, i use ceramic ( wheels 21"). Should i continue with originals or something better? And where can i find?
