You mean you sent the ABS module for repairs, it was repaired and you fitted it back, but you still have problems?

No I havent yet. I have just bought VCDS as recommended by virtually everyone! I am going to test the speed sensors as I drive then fix that and see about the maf problem. I had read and it was Shopinnit who said on a different forum that maf problems can cause incorrect fuel mixture and could be a contributor to the torque converter clutch fault and is the air quality sensor related? If I fix the maf hopefully the clutch problem won't mean I am on my way to a big bill?. Anyway here are the faults from the scan this afternoon if anyone would like to comment?? Please.....

The air quality sensor is nothing. Ignore.

You need to sort the maf out and the speed sensor then see what happens.

I suspect the TC stuck open is going to be a permanent DTC, but it's worth trying to clear the others.

I had a chance to have a look at the speed sensor and the wire ets seems fine. I put a multimeter across it and the figures didn't seem to be wildly fluctuating. I also used VCDS and checked the speed sensors with the measuring blocks and they all seemed to indicate the same speeds despite the abs light being on. Surely if the light was on the front left sensor would give no reading?

As I said before, the speed sensor on mine was probably fine so when it was replaced so it made no difference.

You really need to follow the wiring loom to the ABS pump/ECU and see whether it makes a difference when you twist it about. That's how AMD found the fault on mine although it was still indicating a fault on the left speed sensor which has just been changed.

Swapped the sensors and although I haven't ran the car the fault was still there and didn't clear. I guess the wiring will be accessible if I manoeuvre the module out the way, job for tomorrow. Btw the resistance of the speed sensors is between 1.6 / 1.7
