I'd still take the PSS over any Nokian summer tire at minus 273.15 degrees C.
Really? Did you try the hakkas out? What was your experience?
Both the Hakka Black/Z-Line aswell as PSS has the same rating on tyre websites on wet road, handling and fuel efficiency (not really matters in a RS4, but anyway....). Only thing is the hakkas are at 73db and the PSS are at 71db when going 50km/h (this aswell does not really matter in an RS4).

So i'd appreciate some hands on experience since i will be ordering tyres in a few weeks. I have Pilot Sport PS-4 on the car right now and have been happy with them so far. But always nice to try other ones to compare.

I'm going to have to get some Michelins next time!

Anyone tried the PS4 yet? I see they're on sale in 255/35/19 on tyreleader now.

They are a good tire, excellent within their price class. But they are not top end. I've had Nokian winter tires which were OK, but in terms of tire testing the German magazines provide the gold standard:

Auto Motor und Sport 03/2015 the Z-line came 5th out of 9 tires.
Auto Zeitung 02/2015 it came 4th out of 14
Sport Auto 03/2015 it came 5th out of 7
Sport Auto 04/2014 it came 5th out of 10
Auto Zeitung 02/2014 it came 9th out of 12.
http://www.testberichte.de/p/nokian-tes ... richt.html

None of these tests had the Pilot Super Sport in it, but you get the idea. The PSS is widely regarded as the best high performance road tire on the market for the past couple of years and the Nokians are not going to be a match when they score in the mid-pack of any decent tire test. 5 to 25 degrees is within the operating temp of a good summer tire so you don't need anything particular for that.
B7 RS4 saloon Misano red, comfy seats, JHM tune & JHM full exhaust with cats and resonators - gone.
C5 RS6 Avant Daytona/Cognac - gone.
981 Cayman GTS Gray/Orange.

Ive just changed the OEM Pirellis on mine for PSSs after widespread recommendations on here, and the difference is night and day. Can't quite believe the contrast. It now turns in better, has less sidewall roll and is so much sharper.

We told you to get MPSS last time. Still you change wheels often enough that you are probably overdue a set.

Re PS4's...

So that'll be a no to them then. :biggrin3:
