Right chaps - two initial points:
not looking to get into income or net worth (that's obviously very personal) and not looking to be nosey in general, but as a stand alone monthly figure, do you have a "red line" which you won't cross for monthly payments for cars?
At the moment, I have both the RS4 and Disco and they're within my comfort zone (and there's enough £ in them to dump them if I wanted/ needed to). I'm thinking about 'going big' (RS6 PE, 911 GTS, Spyder or - unlikely - GT4) and I'm just wondering if your man-maths are as

as mine.
I know there are loads of unspoken variables - % deposit, usage, mileage etc. etc., - this is more a 'gut feel' question.
