We fitted a set to a B7 RS4 in the past in those measurements and they work, but car needs to be lowered and small degree of camber and 255/30r20 tyres.
Perfect fit on any B8 RS4 and the A5, S5 and RS5.

We did this a while ago. It rubbed on harsh bumps but then since had the arches rolled slightly and perfect. These were 20x10.5 et30

There has been significant interest from members with B7 RS4s but the aggressiveness of the fitment might be putting them off.
As a further incentive to owners of B8 RS4 & RS5 who will probably need 3mm spacers to clear the front BBK; with the sale, I'll throw in the following (used) McGard Installation kit (3mm extended bolts in black) (RRP £200) and a pair of 3mm H&R wheel spacers for £50. These extended bolts can also be used without the spacer.
