Sensor in bottom of front bumper?

Came across what looks like an I/R sensor in the bottom of the front valence, it's appears to be attached with double sided foam and when I removed the front bumper there wasn't a plug so I had to keep the bumper near by so far from ideal do thinking it didn't leave the factory with it.
Also noticed two switches on the lower part of the dash near where your right knee would be, they are definite after thoughts, ones an two position toggle switch, the other a push button micro switch.

Any idea what they could be?

I think mine had a garage door opener fitted. Never did find out for sure before binning it.

I've got something similar, I posted the photos on here and was told it was a radar jammer.
