So that means that those cars who do not have round gear knob, they are 2013 year? And owners didn't wanted to change to oval gear know that's what you wanted to say? Or it can be changed in a every Audi center for extra money's ?

I shall say it again....

Before facelift in 2014 you could select an option which gave you a different gear shift. This is NO LONGER available on factory orders. All cars come with the circular RS shifter.

Maybe but who cares it's just and minor cosmetic mod, all matters in car condition and all package, I don't think that oval changes big view, it's up to everybody's choice

Until mid 2014, there was no RS6 badge on the steering wheel if you chose a heated steering wheel (which is also round, rather than flat-bottomed).

Also I found that in some Audi advertisements sais "Sports exhaust system" does this mean that it's a different exhaust than a stock? ( tail tips black chrome)

On the C7 rs6 if the steering wheel is round it is heated if it is flat bottom it is not heated.

There is an option for a sport exhaust. I believe the sports exhaust has black exhaust and the normal one is Chrome.
