Space-saver wheels on RS6

Firstly, I've only just discovered this forum so please excuse me if this is an old question..... but do Audi make a space saver wheel that will fit the RS6 Avant??

The reason why I ask, is that in the last 2 weeks I've had 2 wheel valves break on me and (obviously) the tyre weld stuff is about as much use as a chocolate fire guard.

I'm off to LeMans this weekend in the RS6 and I'm seriously wanting to take an emergency spare wheel with me (space-saver would be ok).

I know that having a wheel on with no pressure sensor will upset the computer, but no real change there then.

Any help appreciated.
