Discs & Pads- 2nd set

Thought i would let everyone know that trouble i have had with warped brakes front and back !
Car is on 13K so i had to have new ones fitted (not under warranty) due to wheel judder under heavy breaking and the new set lasted 3 weeks so Audi did the again FOC.
And the reason was my wheels had been powder coated and the back of the wheels on the hub the paint was not 100% flat and was displacing the discs, i thought i would let you all know just incase anyone is having there wheels done in the future.
The wheel refurbishing company now are not painting the hub backs as they had a similar experience with a BMW M3 brake problem.

sounds lucky audi are doing a foc even after 3 weeks if its an after market powder coat on the wheels causing the issue.

As above, very lucky Audi are picking up the bill.

What caused them to warp initially as i assume that wasn't the Power Coating?

guys yes i was lucky to have them FOC the 2nd time.

I don't know why they warped in the first place but they where near replacement when the problem happened and this is why i never complained about paying for all new ones.
